Greetings from Langkawi, Malaysia!

I’ll be racing as Bib #31 in the women’s pro field at Ironman Malaysia, and you can track me online at www.ironman.com starting at 7:30am on Saturday, Malaysian time–which is the same as 3:30pm on Friday, California time if you are living closer to Haamonii’s headquarters in San Francisco!
I’m looking forward to a hard, smart day of racing. It’s gonna be a hot one, with the weather from one website forecasting a high of 93F but “feels like” 120F with the humidity!! I’ve been training in Thailand for the past 3 weeks and it actually doesn’t feel as hot as Thailand here, so we’ll see!
It’s gonna be an epic day for sure and the Haamonii will be extra special at the finish line
