Ginsing Shochu (soju) in Los Angeles

With its versatility, shochu (soju) can be enjoyed in so many ways. On the rocks it can be sipped straight, with a splash of fresh squeezed juice, or even a splash of oolong tea (or any tea for that matter).
We see this delicious variation in Los Angeles, where shochu is served with infused ginsing.
